Main door front will be 1.00 X 2.10 cm size with good quality teak frame & decorative door shutter with brass hinges, tower bolt, safety chain, magic eye good quality lock with handle. Godrel or equaling & finished with N.W.F.

Inside Door

Inside door in 90 X 2.10 cm size frame with good quality hard wood, and fabricated flush, paneled, shutters finished with good quality enamel paint in suitable color, SS hinge’s, aluminum tower bolt, mortise lock.

Windows

Suficiant number of paints in each flat with separate KSEB connection. Using good quality copper conduits and other accessory, switches will be modular type. ELCB, MCB etc.
